1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
- Our products are **made to order**, and our current **lead time is 2–5 business days**
- Our business days are Monday–Friday. Not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
- Our business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday).
- We don’t work Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays. (We answer emails in our business days M-F).
Processing times may vary during:
- Product launches
- Sales events
- Holidays
- High order volume periods
- Custom or made-to-order products
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We may use carriers such as:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping service
Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Angel Tech Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Carrier delays
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally be shipped to a particular destination.
